Been having runs again since this morning. Urgh!

Must be those fishcakes from last night's dinner. Told mum the fishcakes are abit sour-ish, she doesnt wanna take our words.


And yea, I'm back to jogging again!!!

Met up with Eve last evening after work for 5 rounds in the park and a short run + stairs climbing with Hugo just few hours ago. He shall be my perfect jogging companion from now on!

This Sunday will be a healthy day conquering Bukit Timah Hill.


My thighs and muscles are SO aching from the exercises. Serves me right for neglecting body wellness these while.

Anyway, I don't know whether it's true, but I heard that one of the remedy of soothing muscle aches are to stretch them more and do more exercises!
