Eric and I went to Little India to get indulged in Indian cuisine last week on our 1st Year Anniversay.
FYI, we were having dinner in Little India before we got together a year ago! But decided not in patronise the same restaurant 'cos the food was bad.
We circuited along the street of many curry houses before deciding on
Muthu's Curry, and I've got to admit that I liked the former a little more than
Samy's Curry.
I am a huge fan of Samy's Curry if you haven't know!
But Muthu's curry fish head bought my heart over and got my 'devotion' swayed. HA!!!
I don't know why but Indian restaurants are always full of angmohs. Can they handle Indian's hot spiciness???
Stir fried Chennai cabbage
The normal-est vegetable dish on the menu!The rest are of curry, cheese or cream-based gravy style.
I'd prefer my vegetable done simple...
Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken (marinated with yoghurt, tandoori powder, spices) cooked in masala paste.
Fish head curry
Award winning signature dish!!! Difference between Muthu's and Samy's is that Muthu's serve their curry fish head in bowls while Samy's serve them in claypots. I find that Muthu's serving is little small though.
Plain naan
Awfully divine to go with curry or masala sauce!!!
Super satisfying dinner I had. I wanna have it again soon!
