After being eyelash extension-less for 2 months, I finally succumbed to the STRONG luring of the lashes calling out to me!!!
So, I went for the usual eyelash extension session last week. It's Angel Xin Beauty anyway, just a 5 minutes walk from my workplace. 'Cos it is this near, I've always had my appointments either during lunch hours or straight after work. Very convenient. :)
I think these semi pamernant lashes is one big invention that lazy + vain ladies should really have.
Because my eyes are small and single-eyelid (typical asian), I have to apply mascara to pump up the lashes and 'open' up my eyes to avoid looking listless whenever I'm heading out.
REALLY WASTING MY TIME.
How this extension really got me addicted? It saves me alot of time on makeup and I can get up 15 minutes more later for work!!!
'Cos all I have to do, is shower, moisturize, change and go. Saving so much time sitting in-front of the mirror to paint my face.
I still don't know the reason why, but my eyelids swelled up the next day and were mad itchy and red. So Eric wanted me go back to Angel Xin and get them removed immediately.
Just second day into having pretty lashes and I have to say byebye to them so soon! WTF!!! I ended up paying $50 for 1 day of pretty lashes and swollen eyes for a week. -_-''
I told Eric, "I hope these double eyelids stay while the soreness subsides."
They really stayed!!! HAPPY.
